Bently Spang and Truman Lowe, Rock Wall #1

Bently Spang (Northern Cheyenne) was asked by the Curatorial Fellow to be an Artist Mentor for the students when creating โ€œAs Seeds, We Growโ€. Spang met with students via Zoom to talk about his experiences doing similar work. In 1995, Spang curated an exhibit in the Fort Lewis College Art Department Gallery. Here is his statement:
