This is to show growth and β€˜moving forward,’ despite Fort Lewis College history as a boarding school. It’s not to forget about the history, but rather grow from it and
acknowledge it. I own a Navajo Botanical book that I used to identify plants native to the four corners region. I used the botanical book as reference to paint the plants.
