26 Animal sounds
There are unique ways to depict animal sounds probably from Afro-Colombian Spanish: el perro hace jau jau, pronounced /how how/ y el gallo canta cocoroyó. In general Spanish it is depicted with the sound kikirikí /kee kee ree kee/. Here is a chart of how animal sounds are depicted in Spanish:
